Sometimes when i get my menstral cycle either just before or mostly right after , i feel like my kidney stones start to act up and i will start to get pain from them,, do they have anything to do with it?

No. Is the pain in the front or on your back? If it’s in the front, it’s not kidney’s (they’re located in the back portion of your abdominal cavity). More than likely it’s just your ovaries, they can swell a bit during and after your cycle, which can sometimes be painful. I did fertility treatment and at times I could literally feel my ovaries as I neared my ovulation date.
