Happy Ending At Last - Another Story From Fellow Kidney Stones Sufferer
Since 2003, I’ve been suffering from UTI’s, which is always come repeatedly. Frequent pain at night and urinating problem were also become a routine in my daily. Last May, I had an operation in order to remove 1.42 cm uric acid kidney stones, which is block at my urinary bladder entrance and brought me with extreme pain at my lowest part of my left urethra. The doctors said that kidney stones have been blocking my urine flow for quite amount of time.
The surgery cost me one-day rest at the hospital; but another problem came up, my blood pressure had fall down to 100/70 - 110/70 in range. Normally, I used to have 120/80 blood pressures, even before while I am on treatment. Once again the doctor put me in an exam, then he diagnosed me to have essential hypertension. Because of that, they stop me from continuing my neobloc medication, but my blood pressures still stays at 110/70. Again, I took another KUB ultrasound to see what really happen in my kidneys.
Before the operation, close examination showed that there are tiny kidney stones at my left kidney and it was dilated. Six weeks after the operation the result of the last ultrasound also showed up that there is still a small sizes kidney stones there. The doctor suggests me to take sodium bicarbonate 3 times a day and one allopurinol.
At the first time, I was doubted of the effect of sodium bicarbonate on my kidneys, because every time I took the sodium bicarbonate, I taste the salt in it and make me worried that it would reform another kidney stones. But my doctor team assured me, that sodium bicarbonate allpurinol was the best treatment for treating my kidney stones cases and they were right.
