For acute symptom relief, quantity of dose that suggested is 3 pellets of 30C every 4 hours until symptoms determined. For lower symptom such as 6X, 6C, 30X, it may work to given every 2 to 4 hours. An improvement should be occurring shortly after the second dose. If nothings happen after 3 doses, other different remedy should be given.

Note: Mostly, homeopathic remedies delivered in a pellet that has lactose base (milk sugar) but using homeopathic liquid is a better option, especially for those who are intolerant with lactose.

# 4 Hydrotherapy

Castor oil pack

Castor oil has anti-inflammatory properties and usually worked to relieve painful cramping or spasms.

Hot pack

Used it over the affected area, hot packs can relax muscles, which are tense from pain and spasm, it will make an easier passage of the stone. There are some cautions for the elderly and diabetic patient, as they are less sensitive to heat and may be got burned.

Hot vinegar pack

Use a 50:50 vinegar-water mixture and place it over affected area. Worked for severe pain.
