I got my first one when I was 25. Go to a DR. in the mean time stay away from sodas, and drink alot of cranberry, grape, and of course water. If you have a Mexican herbal store go and get some Ozcotl.

I got my first one at 20.
the best thing to do is see a nephrologist.
I take a diuretic. it flushes the system.
